Team Tate Mentorship and Leadership Fund Grant Application

Completed applications and required documentation must be submitted directly to The Dressage Foundation and be received by TDF's office on or before July 15th of each year.

For the Team Tate Mentorship and Leadership Fund, we ask for 2 recommendation letters. The letters must be emailed directly to TDF (info@dressagefoundation.org) from the sources. Letters must be received by the TDF office on or before July 15th for your application to be considered complete and eligible for review. TDF staff will notify you as letters are received. Additionally, if you are applying for a grant to work with a mentor, you must include a letter from him/her and attach it to the application below.

We encourage you to review this application and gather all materials prior to starting the online application process. Reference Letters and Signature Page

For the Team Tate Mentorship and Leadership Fund we ask for two (2) recommendation letters.  The letters must be emailed directly to TDF (info@dressagefoundation.org) from the sources. Letters must be received by the TDF office on or before the application deadline or your application will be considered incomplete and not eligible for a Grant.  TDF staff will notify you as letters are received. 

Additionally, if you are applying for a grant to work with your mentor, you must include a letter from him/her as part of your application. The letter should speak to your mentor/mentee relationship and confirm that he/she agrees to the training plan submitted with this application.
