I started riding when I was in my early 20s, mostly bareback. I did some jumpers for a short period, but then I found dressage. I knew that was for me. Amy Rothe was my first teacher and, even today, my good friend.
I had a chance to get on Tucker after not riding for 15 years plus. The owner, Katie Lindsey, helped me get restarted, and I fell in love again. Tucker is the most awesome horse, and I regained my confidence. With many barn friends knowing my age and Tucker’s age, they convinced me to go for my Century Club ride.
I am blessed to have been able to do this. Thanks to so many for making this possible!
