The Dressage Foundation Expands Support of USDF Programs

For over 30 years, The Dressage Foundation (TDF) has provided financial support to the United States Dressage Federation (USDF) and its members, thanks to the generous support of donors. In addition to grants to USDF Group Member Organizations and USDF members for training and education, TDF has given direct support to USDF for the Junior/Young Rider Clinic Series and the USDF/USEF Young Rider Graduate Program.

This year, TDF is proud to continue support of the USDF youth programs with a $10,000 grant for the 2021-2022 Junior/Young Rider Clinic Series.

Additionally, TDF has expanded the criteria for its Edgar Hotz Judges Fund and will now offer up to $5,600 to USDF for the 2021 USEF/USDF Judges’ Mini Clinics, for continuing education of USEF Licensed Dressage Judges.

The Edgar Hotz Judges Fund will also continue to provide grants of up to $800 to USDF Group Member Organizations that host Continuing Education in Dressage Judging Programs. In total, TDF will provide nearly $10,000 for the education of judges across the country from its Edgar Hotz Judges Fund.

Beth Baumert, TDF’s President and CEO, said, “Assisting USDF is a growing priority for TDF as we re-examine our original charter and purpose to help finance educational dressage programs in the U.S. No one does that better than USDF and we're eager to help.”
